Overview
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
3) Please contact 07976 509797 or email info@evielou.co to arrange a return request.
4) Please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order:
Return by post
Please package your items carefully, enclose your contact details and order number and return to: FAO: Online Returns, Evielou Ltd, The Cube, WTP, Haybridge, Wells. BA5 1AJ
Return in person
You can return unopened and sealed products to our retail store in Somerset, however please contact our customer service team ahead of your visit on info@evielou.co. Proof of payment will be required.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned items, order information and contact information, we will issue a refund via the payment method used to make the original purchase. If this isn’t available or your product was a gift, we will provide a credit equal to the product’s current retail value at the time of the return.
Damages
We have worked hard with our suppliers to create plastic free dispatch packaging solutions that keeps our precious goods safe whilst they make their way to their recipient. Although it’s very rare, accidents do occasionally happen. If you’ve had an unfortunate breakage in transit, please contact us directly on info@evielou.co with your order number and photos.
